Poletne presno-veganske kuglce.

Dragi moji, upam, da preživljate nadvse zapomljivo poletje. Da se ga ne boste spominjali le po vročini, temveč tudi po sladkih dogodivščinah. Ko smo ravno pri sladkobi in ker vem, da ne želite še dodatno ogrevati prostora s pečico, predlagam, da si, ko se želite posladkati, naredite poletne kuglce. Poigrajte se. Saj še vedno ohranjate otroka v sebi, kajne? Še toliko zabavneje jih je delati v dvoje. Najboljši del pri njih je, da jih naredite čisto po svojem okusu, mešate maso toliko časa, da jo lahko oblikujete v kroglice, dodate več tistega, manj onega. Torej, kaj potrebujemo.   • 2 skodelici presne kokosove moke
  • 1 skodelico datljeve paste
  • ščepec ali dva kardamoma (odvisno koliko ga želite okusiti)
  • naribana lupinica ene eko pomaranče
  • dve žlici kakava
  • agavin sirup
  • 2 žlici kakavovih zrn
  • naribana čokolada

V večji skledi z rokami zmešaj kokosovo moko in datljevo pasto. Nato postopoma dodaj preostale sestavine, vse dokler niste zadovoljni z okusom. Čisto po občutku. Včasih je potrebno zaupati svojim občutkom, prijateljici intuiciji, če ji le znamo prisluhniti. Če je masa slučajno presuha, dodaj kanček vode. Recipe for summer raw & vegan balls:

  • 2 cups raw coconut flour
  • 1 cup date paste
  • pinch or two of cardamom (add as much you want to taste it)
  • grated zest of one eco orange
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao beans
  • grated chocolate

In a big bowl mix (use your hands) together coconut flour and date paste. Gradually add remaning ingredients except the chocolate. Listen your feelings. Sometimes you need to listen to yourself, your dearest friend Intuition, if we know how to listen. If the mixture is dry, add a touch of water. When the balls are made, roll them in chocolate and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
